JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCESS ENGINEER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Process Engineer responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing and production processes to achieve better productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Conduct time studies, process studies, and capacity analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and RCA.
- Good understanding of OEE, cycle time, productivity, and capacity planning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and process documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant engineering/design software.
