IT Support & Hardware Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support & Hardware Engineer who will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting the company's day-to-day IT hardware, systems, networking and technical support requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and computer peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
- Install and configure Windows, MS Office and other business applications.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches and network devices.
- Provide support for printers, scanners and other office equipment.
- Maintain antivirus, system security and software updates.
- Configure official email accounts and provide user-level IT support.
- Maintain records of IT assets, hardware inventory and system allocation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance and procurement.
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
- Provide support for CCTV,



biometric/access control systems, if required.
- Assist in data backup and basic server/network administration.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and minimize system downtime.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Sc IT / BCA / BE/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or relevant technical qualification.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Hardware, Desktop Support, Networking or IT Support.
