CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE - HAIR TRANSPLANT CENTER AND CLINIC

Experience: 1-3 years

Employment: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and Walk-ins.
- Understand client requirement and coordinate consultation.
- Follow up with leads and support appointment booking and conversion
- Maintain client record and regular follow up
- Build robust client relationship and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client handling.

REQUIREMENTS
- Any degree/Diploma
- Good English and Tamil communication skills.
- Confident, Presentable and customer-friendly.
- Good convincing and follow up skills
- Experience in sales/customer service/health care/beauty industry is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
