We are hiring an Outreach & Relations Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. This is a role for someone who writes with clarity and precision for a technical audience, and who never lets a thread drop.

The job is two jobs in one. First, you are the day-to-day owner of a key client relationship: clarifying requirements, communicating delivery schedules, and turning feedback into explicit written requirements for our internal teams — promptly, in writing, every time. Second, you build the top of our outreach funnel: researching technical research organizations worldwide that could use what we build, identifying the right person to contact at each, and drafting the first-touch outreach and supporting material that earns a reply. Strategy and closing sit with a senior colleague; your research and writing are what keep that engine fed.

What the role demands:
- Excellent written English for a technical audience — this role is mostly writing,



and it shows immediately
- Organized to a fault — many open threads, nothing dropped, nothing answered late
- A fast technical learner — able to understand our work well enough to answer a researcher’s first questions credibly
- Strong research instincts — able to find the right organizations, and the right person inside each one
- Honest pipeline hygiene — the CRM reflects reality, and reports say what is actually happening
- Flexibility across time zones — comfortable overlapping some US and European hours when calls require it

The role is full-time and on-site in Noida. 0–3 years of experience in a client-facing, research or operations role is ideal; sharp generalists are welcome.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
