4. Salon Operations
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory (products, tools, supplies)
- Coordinate appointments and reduce waiting time

5. Reporting & Planning




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Analyze business performance
- Plan marketing strategies and offers
- Work on business growth and expansion

6. Marketing & Promotions
- Run offers, discounts, and campaigns
- Manage social media promotions
- Attract new customers and retain existing ones
