*Job Summary*

*We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and drive HR excellence in the hospitality industry.*

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.*
- *Lead talent acquisition and recruitment for all levels of positions.*
- *Plan and implement effective manpower planning and workforce strategies.*
- *Oversee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.*
- *Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling and culture initiatives.*
- *Manage performance management and appraisal processes.*
- *Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.*
- *Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave management and employee records.*
- *Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.*




- *Partner with department heads on HR matters and organizational needs.*
- *Monitor discipline, attendance, absenteeism and workplace conduct.*
- *Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, manpower and attrition data.*
- *Support training, development and succession planning initiatives.*
- *Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.*
- *Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.*
