Job Description Agrochemical Sales

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Pesticides & Agrochemicals or related Agriculture field Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales of agrochemical products across assigned markets.
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, institutional buyers, formulators and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, references and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agrochemical formulations/products.
- Coordinate with the Technical/R&D; team for product demonstrations, trials, samples and technical support.
- Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, order finalization and sales closure.
- Prepare and regularly update sales pipeline, sales forecasts, MIS and market reports.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, pricing and new product opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, orders, dispatches and payments.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop long-term business opportunities with agrochemical manufacturers, formulators and institutional customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Accounts and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences and industry events for business development.
- Support product launches and market development activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM / Excel / MIS.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Agrochemical Sales / B2B Sales is mandatory.
- Educational qualification in Agriculture or a related field is mandatory.
- Solid experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Good knowledge
