Role Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing the overall technology vision and roadmap for Canviza Services Private Limited. The CTO will oversee software development initiatives, guide product and platform architecture, and ensure alignment between technology strategy and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering teams,



prioritizing and managing technology projects, establishing coding and quality standards, and collaborating with product and business stakeholders on solutions and features. The CTO will evaluate and adopt appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud services, manage IT governance and security practices, and monitor performance, scalability, and reliability across all systems. The role also involves representing the technology function in executive discussions, managing technology budgets, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
