Job Objective:

The incumbent will be responsible for Quality, Food safety & Legality of the products produced & dispatched from all WICC facilities. Also, to ensure the quality processes & procedures serve its mission, strategic plan & operational needs of the organization.

Reporting to: Vice President Quality Control, Food Safety /R&D;

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Standard
- Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across WICC facilities, ensuring accountability of quality in production process.
- Drive long-term quality improvement initiatives, provide support to quality assurance for strategic development,



and foster continual improvement in relationships with business partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers. Facilitate complex problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, customer requirements, and company policies regarding food safety and quality for all supplied goods.
- Develop and review SOPs, ensuring adherence throughout the organization. Continuously assess the existing quality system and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Conduct trend analyses upon request, identifying and addressing both positive and negative system trends proactively.
- Enhance food safety and quality systems and process plans, offering support and expertise in these areas.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on food safety and quality, including legal requirements.
