Role Description
This part-time, on-site Soft Skills Coach | Career Development role is based in Bengaluru. The coach will work directly with learners to assess their career goals, identify skill gaps, and create personalized development plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one job coaching sessions, facilitating career counseling discussions, and guiding learners through interview preparation and communication practice.



The role involves delivering workshops or small-group sessions on soft skills, providing feedback on resumes and professional profiles, and tracking learner progress against agreed milestones. The coach will collaborate with the broader AcceleratorX team to refine coaching frameworks and ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills to support diverse learners through career planning and transitions.
