Qualification: B.Tech in Engineering

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Installation Lead to manage end-to-end installation activities for Cleanroom projects across Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Battery, and related industries. The role requires solid site execution capabilities, resource planning expertise, customer management skills, and a focus on quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee installation activities at project sites for cleanroom systems and associated products.
- Prepare and monitor project work schedules at both macro and daily execution levels.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, tools, equipment,



and other resources in consultation with Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Ensure installation activities are completed as per project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Manage customer interactions at site and address execution-related concerns effectively.
- Prepare project progress reports, material reconciliation statements, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards, safe work practices, and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom installation and validation practices.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Battery, Electronics, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and project resources.
- Good understanding of project reporting, material management, and quality systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
