Role Description

The
Chief Business Officer (CBO)
is a
leadership role within Business, Sales, Growth & Strategic Partnerships, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO
, and will own and lead Dhaniti's
commercial strategy and revenue engine
across DhanitiPay, GlocalPe, Institutional Cards, Education Finance and emerging businesses.

This is a
build-and-scale leadership role
where you'll translate Dhaniti's vision into GTM strategy, revenue targets,



commercial organisation, strategic partnerships, and measurable execution across
B2B, B2B2C, B2C, digital, field, enterprise, institutional, and partnership-led models
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & GTM
- Own Dhaniti’s sales, business development, and commercial growth strategy.
- Cascade organisational objectives into transparent revenue targets across brands, business verticals, channels and regions.
- Design the appropriate GTM strategy and commercial model for each Dhaniti business, spanning B2B, B2B2C, B2C, digital, field, enterprise, institutional and partnership-led channels.
- Align Marketing, Digital, and Sales into measurable demand-generation and acquisition engines.

2. Build & Lead the Commercial Organisation
- Build the sales and business development organisation from the ground up.
