About the Role

We are seeking a Garment Sales & Online Business Executive who understands a wide range of clothing products and customer preferences. Strong knowledge of sarees and other garments is significant, along with the ability to assist with online sales and customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Help customers choose suitable sarees and other clothing products.
- Guide customers regarding fabrics, patterns, styles, sizes, and current designs.
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
- Handle online orders and follow up with customers as needed.
- Assist with regular garment sales and online business activities.
- Keep customer and order information properly updated.
- Communicate with customers throughout the purchasing process to provide a smooth experience.

Candidate Profile




- Strong understanding of sarees and other garments.
- Previous experience in garment sales, retail, boutiques, fashion, or online clothing businesses is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and customer-service abilities.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic online platforms.
- Prior experience with e-commerce or online selling is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in Kolkata will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary offered will be ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise. An extra shift allowance will also be provided when applicable.
