Launched in 2020 as the brand for our next chapter, Enspace Realty focuses on the Dwarka Expressway corridor, specializing in mid-to-high ticket resale flats and plots (₹3 Crore upwards). We take a contemporary, content-led approach to real estate advisory through long-form YouTube content, expanding into short-form media across YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.

We take pride in our small, stable, and long-tenured team—our senior team members have been with us for 8 to 12+ years. We are deliberately lean, highly focused, and expanding our outbound calling team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a clear and confident
Real Estate Caller
. Your main focus will be making outbound cold calls to seller database contacts, identifying owners looking to sell their properties, and generating genuine seller leads.

The first three months will be a
probation period
. Continuation in the role will be based on
performance,



communication, calling ability, and overall suitability for the position
.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners.
- Speak professionally and understand the owner's requirements.
- Identify genuine property opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested owners.
- Share qualified opportunities with the internal team.

Candidate Requirements
- Education:
Graduate (Required).
- Communication:
Good spoken English and fluent Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Experience:
1 year of telecalling or calling experience preferred.
- Skills:
Strong phone confidence, clear speaking style, active listening, and persistence with follow-ups.
