Your Impact
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for project delivery, design management, and site execution of HVAC systems. You will collaborate with contractors, OEMs, and design teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality completion of projects across industrial, pharma, FMCG, and specialty environments.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Scope Review Review and understand scope of works and BOQ based on client contracts.
- Engineering Knowledge Apply sound knowledge of engineering principles and standard codes.
- Construction Supervision Ensure contractors execute activities per drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Coordination Align efforts of installation contractors, OEMs,
and design teams for HVAC installation and modifications.
- Technical Review Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications submitted by contractors.
- Execution Oversight Supervise HVAC equipment erection, piping (including clean piping), structural fabrication, and package units.
- Drawing Clarification Study drawings, raise RFIs for discrepancies, and obtain clarifications from engineering teams.
- Quality Assurance Review and approve quality plans, ITPs, and work procedures; monitor compliance during execution.
- Non-Conformance Management Issue non-compliance notes for substandard work and track corrective actions.
- Testing & Documentation Witness contractor tests, maintain records, and ensure QC check sheets are prepared.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination Work with other discipline engineers to release construction fronts.
- Punch List Management Prepare punch lists, follow up with contractors for closure.
