Job Title: Assistant Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced and strategically driven Assistant Chief Financial Officer to support the CFO/Management in strengthening financial planning, controls, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and overall financial governance across the organization.

Position Summary

The Assistant CFO will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial strategy and ensuring effective financial management across software, manufacturing, hardware procurement, projects, sales, and operational functions.

The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow management, cost control, audits, MIS, and financial analysis. The candidate will work closely with senior management and provide timely financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Strategy
- Support the CFO and Management in developing financial strategies,



annual operating plans, and long-term business plans.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for improving profitability and financial efficiency.
- Support strategic decisions related to expansion, investments, manufacturing capacity, current projects, and business opportunities.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely reporting of revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
- Present financial reports and key insights to senior management.
