- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor the quality of civil construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Check manpower, materials, tools, and equipment availability at the site.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, material usage, measurements, and progress.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer/manager for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or deviations to the senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparing work completion and material reports.
- Ensure proper utilization and storage of construction materials.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
