Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, increase patient footfall, develop referral networks, and build strategic relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance/TPA companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.
- Generate new business opportunities for hospital services, specialties, diagnostics, and healthcare programs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and manage corporate tie-ups, healthcare packages, annual health-check programs, and institutional relationships.
- Drive referral business and strengthen the hospital's doctor referral network.
- Identify new markets, potential partners, and opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute hospital outreach activities, medical camps, awareness programs,



and community initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Work with clinical and operational teams to promote key specialties and service lines.
- Track leads, conversions, referral sources, revenue contribution, and business development activities.
- Prepare regular business development reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements with corporate and institutional clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Handle client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare
