You'll lead content strategy across the studio's reels, shorts, and podcast output — owning the creative direction, format innovation, and performance of ideas from concept to publish. You'll also mentor junior strategists and shape how the studio thinks about content.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end content strategy across reels, shorts, and podcast formats
- Identify new formats, series, and content opportunities based on trends and data
- Lead ideation sessions and turn raw ideas into structured, shoot-ready briefs
- Analyze content performance deeply and translate insights into strategic direction
- Collaborate with anchors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure ideas translate on screen
- Mentor and guide junior strategists/interns on ideation and briefing
- Track platform algorithm changes and competitor strategy to stay ahead
- Present content strategy and performance to leadership

Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience building content strategy for reels/shorts/podcast or similar formats




- Strong analytical skills — can read performance data and turn it into decisions
- Sharp creative instincts paired with structured, brief-writing discipline
- Track record of ideas that performed well (views, engagement, growth)
- Ability to lead brainstorms, give feedback, and manage a small strategy team
- Strong communication skills to align creative, production, and leadership teams

Nice to Have
- Experience in a media house, content studio, D2C brand, or creative agency
- Scriptwriting or copywriting background
- Experience managing a content/strategy team
- A robust portfolio with measurable content performance (views, growth, engagement)
