We are hiring a Business Development Executive B2B SaaS / International Sales for an EU-based client.

Location: Remote India
Experience: 2–5 Years
Working Hours: US/EU Time Zones
Fixed Salary: 30,000–50,000/month, based on experience
Commission: Uncapped – 10% on every closed deal

About the Project

Our client has built an AI-powered software testing platform and is a testing as a service provider.

The platform helps software development teams and SaaS companies in the US and Europe reduce testing effort, improve QA efficiency, and accelerate sprint delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build prospect lists of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, QA Leads, Engineering Managers, and other decision-makers in the US and Europe.
- Execute cold outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and personalized video campaigns.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Loom, and CRM platforms.
- Qualify prospects and generate a consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct 15-minute online product demos for qualified prospects.




- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work directly with founders to improve outbound sales strategies.
- Convert qualified opportunities into monthly SaaS contracts/retainers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Staffing, or Technology Services Sales.
- Proven experience selling to US, UK, or European clients.
- Robust hands-on experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable conducting online product/service demos.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Loom, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

30,000–50,000 fixed monthly salary + uncapped 10% commission on every closed deal.
