Barista – Beverages
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and health drinks.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and recommend suitable beverages.
- Handle customer queries and provide a friendly and professional service experience.
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
- Assist in developing and testing new beverage recipes aligned with the brand's health-focused concept.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth café operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.

Skills & Requirements




- Prior experience as a Barista or in beverage preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques such as Espresso, Pour-over, French Press, etc.
- Basic understanding of health beverages, smoothies, plant-based drinks, and functional drinks is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Good attention to detail and consistency.
- Passion for beverages, hospitality, and customer service.
