Role & responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain cGMP and EHS compliance in engineering.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures rapidly to maximize plant uptime.
- Oversee HVAC, Boiler, Chilling plants, Purified Water (PW) systems, and Air Compressors.
- Maintain exact logbooks, equipment history cards, IQ/OQ/PQ validation papers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with external service providers for calibrations and complex technical repairs.
- Responsible for modification new installation at site in case of new project.
- Implement strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and work-permit systems on the shop floor.
