About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our FMCG production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth shop-floor execution, optimum manpower utilization, production efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires solid leadership, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations Management

Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.

Monitor production schedules and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Ensure productive utilization of machinery, equipment, manpower,



and resources.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

Manage shop-floor workers and shift operations effectively.

Allocate manpower based on production requirements.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and employee engagement on the production floor.

Train and guide operators and workers on operational best practices and safety procedures.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.

Monitor adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure proper use of safety equipment.

Support quality inspections and corrective actions when required.

Production Efficiency & Cost Control

Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
