MyRx is expanding its doctor network for our growing
teleconsultation services
, and we are looking for
3 HR professionals
to join our team.

?‍⚕️ Role: HR – Doctor Recruitment

Open Positions: 3

The primary responsibility of this role will be to
identify, connect with, evaluate, onboard, and coordinate with doctors
who will be working across different MyRx teleconsultation projects.

What we are looking for:

✅ Experience in
recruitment / talent acquisition / HR hiring

✅ Prior experience in
doctor or healthcare professional recruitment
will be highly preferred

✅ Candidates with general recruitment experience who are confident in sourcing and hiring professionals are also welcome to apply

✅ Candidates with an
educational or professional background in healthcare/medical sciences
will have an added advantage, as understanding medical qualifications and healthcare workflows can help in this role





✅ Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing doctors through different recruitment channels

• Connecting and coordinating with prospective doctors

• Screening profiles based on project requirements

• Supporting the doctor onboarding process

• Coordinating documentation and joining formalities

• Maintaining and expanding the doctor talent pool for different teleconsultation projects

• Working closely with the operations and clinical teams to fulfil doctor requirements
