Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar to lead our recruitment operations in Pune.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, NAPS & NATS, and should be capable of independently managing a team of 5-6 recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end blue-collar and bulk recruitment.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely manpower fulfilment.
- Manage NAPS & NATS recruitment and apprenticeship requirements.
- Plan sourcing strategies and hiring drives to meet business requirements.
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and daily recruitment activities.
- Train and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal teams for smooth recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and candidate databases.




- Ensure quality hiring while meeting timelines and recruitment targets.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar/workforce hiring.
- Solid practical experience in NAPS & NATS.
- Experience in bulk hiring, target-based recruitment, and workforce deployment.
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
