- Day-to-Day Operations – Drive impeccable execution of car rental operations while ensuring timely service delivery, operational efficiency, and prompt customer support.
- Fleet Coordination – Ensuring timely vehicle allocation, availability, cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and smooth deployment as per customer requirements.
- Driver & Vendor Management – Coordinating with drivers and transport partners to ensure punctual reporting, skilled conduct, route adherence, and service quality.
- Booking & Trip Management – Managing day-to-day bookings, trip schedules, vehicle assignments, changes, cancellations, and ensuring accurate execution of every rental requirement.
- Customer Issue Resolution – Handling operational escalations promptly, coordinating with internal teams and drivers, and ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
