Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for the role.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, offers made, and placements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or volume hiring.
- Robust understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and techniques (bulk hiring).
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
