About The Role
As a Finance Manager supporting large scale strategic projects, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring robust planning, reporting and financial governance, and enabling value realisation. You will partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Transformation, Functions and Regional/Market/Factory teams to provide strategic financial insight and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Your responsibilities
- Lead detailed reviews of YTD spend vs forecast with programme teams, LT, and SteerCo
- Identify and escalate risks and opportunities impacting programme lifetime value (LV)
- Drive benefit realisation by defining KPIs, baselines, and measurement methodologies
- Lock committed benefits into regional plans and forecasts to ensure ownership
- Develop, challenge, and validate business cases for strategic programmes, ensuring align
