Job Description
Business Loan Sales:
- Own and achieve the branch's business loan disbursement targets.
- Drive sales activities to increase business loan sourcing and disbursement.
- Develop strategies to achieve branch-level sales and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective business customers.

Sales Team Hiring
- Drive hiring for Sales Executives in coordination with the HR team.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future sales requirements.
- Support the branch's sales team expansion as business scales.

Training & Onboarding
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for Sales Executives.
- Provide training on business loan products and features.
- Train the team on field sourcing techniques and customer acquisition.
- Provide basic knowledge of credit and documentation requirements.
- Train Sales Executives on the company's software and systems.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
- Set individual and team targets.




- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
- Motivate team members to achieve business objectives.

Business Development
- Build relationships with local business communities in key commercial clusters across Noida.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop solid local networks to generate quality business loan leads.
- Support the sales team in sourcing and converting business opportunities.

Credit Coordination
- Coordinate with the Credit Manager throughout the loan sourcing process.
- Ensure sourced loan files meet required credit quality benchmarks.
- Support the sales team in maintaining proper documentation.
- Resolve sourcing and credit-related issues through effective coordination.

Sales MIS & Reporting
- Track branch-level sales MIS and performance.
