Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing client interactions post-order, ensuring a seamless service experience, and maintaining long-term relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive follow-up, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients after order placement

Ensure smooth coordination from order confirmation to payment collection

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups

Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

Collect and communicate client feedback to improve services

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent English speaking and communication skills (mandatory)





Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy

Proactive approach with robust follow-up skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate (preferred)

Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, or CRM roles is an advantage

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Work Requirements

Candidate should be available for client calls as required

Must reside within 30–45 minutes of the office location

Reporting & Support

Regular interaction with management for client updates and issue resolution

Guidance and support provided to ensure effective client handling
