Lawyer – Job Description

Position: Lawyer / Legal Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Lawyer to provide legal advice, handle legal documentation, represent the company in legal matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and various departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the company complies with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on legal matters.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, and correspondence.
- Review business transactions and identify potential legal risks.
- Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, and other required documents.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals,



or other authorities when required.
- Keep management updated about important legal developments and potential risks.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council enrollment/license to practice law.
- Strong knowledge of applicable corporate, commercial, labor, and civil laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate or commercial legal matters is preferred.
- Experience handling employment, contracts, property, recovery, and litigation matters will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
