We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Review and verify measurements for contractor billing and material consumption.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
- Conduct site surveys, layout, and setting-out activities.




- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain site documentation, including inspection records, work permits, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and site inspections as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in site execution of civil construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is an advantage).
- Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
