About the role : We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the sales function for our residential real estate project in Gwalior. You will interact with prospective customers, coordinate site visits, follow up on leads, and work closely with the Sales Manager to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer enquiries from digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Assist the Sales Manager with bookings, documentation, and deal closures.
- Maintain lead records and update sales trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Requirements :
- 3–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.




- Familiarity with the Gwalior real estate market will be preferred.
- Own a two-wheeler.
