Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
- Assist customers with product features, pricing, and offers.
- Support sales activities to achieve individual and store targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with team members for billing, packing, and customer support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
