Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing, Operations or International Business
- Internship/exposure in B2B, industrial or manufacturing marketing will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify potential customer/market opportunities
- Prepare presentations, proposals, company profiles and marketing collateral
- Maintain inquiry, quotation, order and lost-business trackers and prepare periodic MIS reports
- Support domestic and international customer communication and coordinate with internal departments
- Assist in lead generation, business development and export marketing activities
- Support LinkedIn, website, digital marketing and industry portal activities
- Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs and post-event customer follow-ups




- Support preparation of techno-commercial documents and customer-specific capability presentations

Key Skills
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good analytical, research and communication skills
- Basic understanding of CRM/ERP and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work with data, prepare reports and coordinate across functions
- Interest in B2B industrial/manufacturing marketing and international markets

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated engineering graduate with an MBA who wants to build a career in B2B industrial marketing. The role provides exposure to global OEM customers, market research, business development, export marketing, CRM/MIS, digital marketing and the complete customer cycle from inquiry to order.
