Operations Manager Digital Marketing & Client Delivery

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Digital Marketing Agency and ensure smooth coordination between clients, teams and management.

The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, project management, client communication, task allocation, delivery tracking, quality control and process management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the digital marketing agency.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, Website Development and Content.
- Assign tasks, set priorities and monitor team progress.
- Track project timelines, deadlines and client deliverables.
- Ensure all client work is delivered on time and with the required quality.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Follow up with clients for requirements, feedback, approvals and pending information.




- Manage client requests, revisions and operational escalations.
- Monitor multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and ensure pending tasks are completed.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Create and improve internal workflows, processes and SOPs.
- Maintain daily/weekly project and operational reports.
- Conduct quality checks before key client deliverables are shared.
- Escalate critical issues to management and provide practical solutions.
- Improve team productivity, accountability and turnaround time.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
