- Manage the complete spectrum of HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, manpower planning, HR operations and compliance.
- Partner closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive effective stakeholder management across departments and levels of the organization.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes and organizational initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and proactively address workplace concerns and grievances.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, retention and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, learning and development and performance management initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide meaningful insights to business leaders for decision-making.
- Build a positive employee culture and contribute towards enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1012+ years of overall experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Solid operational HR knowledge with demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.
- Experience managing HR operations for large-scale hotel properties will be preferred.
