We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Non-Motor Claims function, drive operational excellence, strengthen claims governance, and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities –
- Lead end-to-end Non-Motor Claims operations across Commercial Insurance portfolios, including Property, Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, and other non-motor products.
- Manage complex and high-value claims, ensuring timely assessment, settlement, compliance, and effective resolution of escalations.
- Lead claims teams, drive performance, improve TAT,



productivity, claims quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with surveyors, investigators, TPAs, legal partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders across underwriting, finance, legal, reinsurance, and distribution.
- Drive claims analytics, governance, fraud/leakage control, process improvement, automation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements –
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of overall experience in General Insurance, with strong leadership experience in Non-Motor / Commercial Claims.
- Strong exposure to Commercial Insurance claims, particularly Property, Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, and other Non-Motor lines.
- Proven experience in managing large claims portfolios, complex claims, teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
