Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Executive with an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry to support regulatory, documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of chemical products, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory and compliance documentation.
- Ensure products and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain technical documents, product specifications, and safety-related records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, R&D;, and other departments for compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining SDS/MSDS, COA, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor changes in applicable regulations and communicate requirements internally.




- Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely renewal of regulatory approvals where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are updated regularly.
- Assist management in resolving regulatory and compliance-related issues.

Requirements
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry is required.
- Relevant experience in regulatory affairs, quality, compliance, chemical manufacturing, or a related field will be preferred.
- Good understanding of chemical terminology and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
