Interior fit-out or construction industry experience

Experience handling retail stores, commercial offices, showrooms, malls, corporate offices or similar projects

Coordination between client, architect, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and site teams

Knowledge of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC and other MEP coordination

Preparing project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports and work updates

Monitoring site progress, material requirements and manpower

Following up with vendors and subcontractors

Understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements and basic estimation

Ability to coordinate multiple projects/sites simultaneously

Valuable communication and MS Excel skills

Willingness to travel to project sites when required Role & responsibilities

Ideal candidate: A hands-on coordinator who can manage the day-to-day execution and coordination of retail, office and commercial interior fit-out/construction projects from site mobilisation through completion and handover.
