Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Senior Data Science & Analytics Expert opportunity supporting an AI research initiative focused on evaluating advanced data science and analytics work in enterprise environments.

Contributors will help create realistic data science scenarios, develop reference solutions and evaluation criteria, and assess AI-generated outputs across machine learning, analytics, experimentation, data pipelines, business intelligence, and MLOps.

What You’ll Do:

- Create realistic enterprise data science and analytics scenarios.
- Develop reference analyses, solutions, and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for statistical accuracy, technical quality, scalability, and practical applicability.
- Assess work across machine learning, predictive modeling, experimentation, causal inference, analytics, and data infrastructure.
- Identify technical weaknesses, edge cases, and potential failure modes.
- Apply professional data science judgment to complex business and technical problems.
- Provide clear, structured feedback explaining the quality and limitations of AI-generated work.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, ML Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python/R and SQL .
- Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, experimentation,



or enterprise analytics.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, model validation, and analytics best practices.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow , or similar tools is preferred.
- Experience working with large-scale or enterprise data environments is highly valued.
- Strong analytical reasoning and written communication skills.

Compensation & Time Commitment:

- $60-$70 per hour
- Hourly contract opportunity.
- Fully remote and versatile.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project requirements and performance.
- Payments are made weekly through the hiring partner.
