We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with a strong background in model based software development in tools such as Simulink, SCADE. Experience in safety critical software development is must. Knowledge of domain applicable standards such as DO-178C and ISO 26262 is preferred. What You ll Do

- Design and develop controls software in model-based design workplace such as Ansys SCADE
- Develop and implement diagnostics strategies at various stages of signal flow in the application layer
- Work closely with embedded software development team to develop IO, Communication and Memory storage interfaces between application and base software layers
- Work with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Validation, Safety to implement, test, debug and calibrate controls algorithms
- Establish traceability of requirements with implementation and generate required artifacts as part of development process




- Participate in functional safety analysis activities

Who You are
- 5+ years of safety critical embedded controls software development experience
- Strong knowledge of MBD tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, SCADE, System Composer, etc.
- Understanding of software safety standards such as DO-178C, ISO 26262
- Expertise with version control tools such as Git
- Knowledge of time, space and resource partitioning with multi-core processors and corresponding protocol such as ARINC 653
