Job Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients at their homes, offices, or project sites.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior solutions.

- Present Buildzy's portfolio, quotations, and project proposals.

- Conduct site visits and client meetings.

- Negotiate pricing and close deals.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams.

- Build long-term client relationships.

- Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required

Skills

- Proven experience in Architecture or Interior Design sales.

- Robust presentation and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of residential and commercial interiors.

- Understanding of floor plans, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring, lighting, and construction processes.

- Ability to close high-value projects.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
