What is the work?

- Partner with Business Development during client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution discussions.

- Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and operational processes.

- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into scalable and commercially viable technology solutions.

- Recommend suitable technology solutions based on business value, scalability, security, and implementation feasibility.

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to design solutions for Web &
- Mobile Applications, Enterprise Software &
- SaaS Platforms, Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, and AI-enabled Applications.

- Support High-Level Solution Design.

- Support Functional Solution Documentation.

- Support Business Process Flows.

- Support Technology Recommendations.

- Support Client Presentations.

- Support SOWs, RFP/RFI Responses &

- Technical Proposals.

- Support Project Estimation and Solution Planning.

- Identify opportunities to leverage technologies such as Generative AI, AI Agents &

- Agentic Workflows, LLMs &
- RAG, OCR &
- Intelligent Document Processing, and Machine Learning &
- Predictive Analytics.

- Evaluate AI solutions based on business value and implementation feasibility.

- Support project estimation and planning.

- Participate in PoCs and MVP planning.





- Ensure effective knowledge transfer from Presales to Delivery.

- Provide business and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing consulting role.

- Experience working with international clients across the US, UK, Europe, or Australia.

- Experience in proposal preparation, solution consulting, and AI-enabled business solutions is highly desirable.
