The Role:

The Revenue Assurance team owns revenue integrity and quality at scale, and drives margin expansion across the companys P&L.;

What Youll Do

- Identify revenue risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities, and design the interventions that close them
- Own revenue leakage-detection and reconciliation workflows at 1 Cr+ shipments/month scale
- Build and supervise AI-first finance workflows: agentic reconciliation, LLM-assisted anomaly detection, evaluation harnesses
- Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and launch current initiatives within RA

You Will Be Measured On:

- Revenue leakage identified and recovered ()
- Billing and reconciliation accuracy and revenue realization
- Reduction in recurring control failures

Who Should Apply:

- 1 to 4 years in business finance, FP&A;, commercial finance, or management consulting, with P&L; or revenue/cost charter ownership in a scaling business; logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or high-volume transactional companies preferred
- Strong analytical foundation in unit economics and contribution margins; deep comfort with numbers
- Advanced SQL and Excel; working Python
- High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and an uncompromising standard of accuracy
