We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and other key KPIs.
Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
Develop and manage social media and content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, advertising dashboards, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Coordinate with content, design, sales, and other teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.




Conduct competitor and market research to identify current growth prospects.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members where required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Solid analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
