We’re hiring a
Founding Product Manager
for a fast-growing
B2B SaaS product
in the AI, video, and documentation space.

This is a
0→1 / product innovation role
, not a traditional roadmap or execution-heavy PM role. You’ll work closely with engineering to identify product gaps, uncover current opportunities, and build differentiated capabilities that improve activation, retention, and user experience.

What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years of product management experience in
SaaS / technical products
Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering
Experience building and shipping
new product capabilities
Strong product sense and ability to identify opportunities independently
Exposure to
AI, video, documentation, productivity, workflow automation, PLG, or developer tools




is a strong plus
Ability to think beyond customer requests and anticipate what users will need next
Robust product/technical pedigree —
IITs, top NITs, BITS or comparable institutions preferred

You’ll be expected to:
Identify retention and activation gaps
Discover product opportunities before customers ask for them
Translate technical possibilities into differentiated product features
Partner closely with engineers on product depth and technical trade-offs
Bring robust product imagination and an
“AHA” factor
to what gets built

Not a fit if:
your experience is primarily dashboards, admin workflows, basic UI optimization, or simply translating Sales/CS requests into features.

Compensation:
