We are looking for a energetic Quick Commerce Head to drive and scale our business across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other quick-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Own sales, growth and profitability of the Quick Commerce business.

Manage relationships with platform Category Managers and Key Account Managers.

Drive listings, promotions, visibility and new product launches.

Monitor pricing, competitor activity and SKU performance.

Ensure high inventory availability and avoid stock-outs.

Manage advertising spends, ROAS and platform promotions.

Track platform-wise and SKU-wise sales, margins and performance.

Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams.





Identify opportunities for expansion into recent cities and warehouses.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / FMCG.

Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket or similar platforms.

Robust negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.

Good understanding of P&L;, inventory planning and marketplace operations.

Experience in FMCG, Baby Care, Personal Care, Home Care or Consumer Products preferred.
