Should be experienced in z/OS Software Change Management tools Endevor and Changeman

Understand the Business requirements and help to solutionize custom application features and functions for Cards

Collaborate with Architects, Solution Analysts, Subject Matter Experts from various teams to drive the right solution and outcome.

Create estimates for medium to large size projects.

Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL workplace

Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome

Conduct peer review for design/code/Unit test results

Create deployment strategy for 24x7 Cards system.





Support production deployment and post deployment activities

Should have robust knowledge of VisionPLUS batch & online architecture and troubleshooting experience in online area.

Perform application support as necessary

Participate in periodic On Call – Rota basis for Production Support.

Participate and drive the Crisis Calls for production incidents

Identify and work on system performance improvement, resiliency

Mentor junior developers in the team

Stakeholder (both internal and external) management

Valuable knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline
