Job description:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and maintain recruitment records.
Conduct reference and background verification where required.
Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.




Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding activities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also be considered (if applicable).
Knowledge of recruitment portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
